A Note from the Author
Listen to David's welcome message
Founder of Marlowe Partners LP, Greenwich, Connecticut.
David Steinberg runs a single partnership with long-term investments in shares of companies—perhaps 10 on average—that are paid for in cash. The firm owns the investment advisor that manages the partnership and is normally closed to subscriptions.
Prior to founding Marlowe Partners, David worked at Soros Fund Management. When he decided to leave Soros over 10 years ago, he was looking for "the other side"—a way to invest that aligned with the wealth creation of entrepreneurs rather than the frenetic activity of the stock market soap opera.
Marlowe Keynes

Marlowe Partners was founded on a simple conviction: that intergenerational wealth is built not through fleeting trends, but through deep fundamental research, concentrated portfolios, and the patience to let great investments compound over time. Our approach is rooted in history—the timeless principles that have guided the world's most successful investors—yet powered by the new financial technology of Mycroft Mind.
We operate away from the crowd, with a culture of integrity that places our investors first. While our standards are selective, our doors are open to any serious investor seeking to build a lasting legacy. Marlowe Keynes is the publishing arm dedicated to disseminating this investment philosophy, serving allocators who think in decades and want to compound capital rather than collect fees.
"The ocean doesn't care about your swimming lessons. But if you're going to swim anyway, you should probably know how."
